Are dash pads interchangeable 68 and 69 Cutlass?

fitment is not a problem but the '69 dash will have AC vent holes which only ac equipped 68 dashes have. You can use the '69 no-AC trick of placing filler panels in these holes if you don't have AC. However, everyone will laugh and laugh at you at the snooty car show because you have the wrong dash. If you can get over that, yes, the two pads are interchangeable.

Actually, the pad with the vents was used on ALL A/C cars in both years, and only on the non-A/C Holiday Coupes and convertibles in 1969. All 1969 models with vent windows and non-A/C got the unvented pad, same as non-A/C 68 cars.
