Been looking for that for a couple of years now.
Don't know if this is helpful to anybody else, but the only reference i found to this dealer was an advertisement here:

The Van Nuys News - Van Nuys, California Issue Date: Tuesday, May 9, 1972 Page 20
that also include a list of LA area dealers:

Looks like the dealer at that location beforehand (1970) was AMC
Dick Allen Motors

And in 1957 it was the location of Hollywood Park Plymouth and De Soto

My Dad bought his 67 442 from Bob Huffman Olds in Portland Oregon new.
I worked at Dave Hamilton Olds Chevy Jeep and Eagle in Redmond, Oregon
The 70 442 I just got from John 2blu442 has a license plate frame from Whitney Olds but no town is listed. There is a Whitney Chevrolet in Montesano, Washington which is not that far from here. I wonder if they were an Olds dealer back in the day.

I updated the list. If you click on it you should be able to download it. Google docs wouldn't let me upload the updated list. Or maybe I just couldn't figure it out. Either way it's updated and I keep adding more every week. And thanks for staying on the hunt for new ones.

( I need to search around the house for the original receipt that was in the car when I got it in 1979 inside the 1970 Olds owners manual)
I forgot the name of the dealer but I know it is no longer there.
1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme
The Dalles Oregon
......and has lived most of its life in Port Ludlow WA

Hello,
Looking for similar information for Mack Markowitz Oldsmobile in Hempstead, New York 11550? Also, any information, photos, etc., on a 1968 Hurst/Olds sold there and campaigned by Gene Wagner who worked at Markowitz.
Thanks,
Karl

Hollingshead Oldsmobile became Ed Johnson Olds sometime after 1976. I bought my '76 Cutlass Salon there and it was still Hollingshead. They where at 54th and South Western Avenue in Chicago. My Dad worked there from 1949 to 1963. It was Arrowhead before Hollingshead.

Talked with a lady last night who worked at
KRUSE OLDMOBILE, Baraboo WI from 1984-89
They must have taught her well- She wrenches and drives her own Miatas and recently landed an F-type Jag with stickshift.
She mentioned the family who owned it were all storm-chasers and if tornadoes spun up, they were apt to leave the dealership and go chase them.

Funny you mentioned tornado chasing. I grew up in the panhandle of Texas.
I used to do that stuff in my 68 Toro and 69 88 or whatever we were in at the time.
That was back before they even coined the term that I knew of. Of course our TV stations, with our pole mounted antennas for the news were ABC, CBS and NBC, if you were lucky and didn't lose elect.
It was a regular Spring/Summertime thing that we were just used to. At that time
where I grew and being of sound mind and 16-19 yrs of driving age, we were gold.
Now that I'm older, I know who it was riding shotgun for me. Thank you again sir, A.
