It's being held on Saturday, October 12th at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim.

I went to this show last year (didn't bring a car--too far). Here's some photos of the event. Very nice location.

Thanks of the pictures jaunty75. Hopefully there will be more cars out there on Saturday, October 12th when my father and I show up. We are taking his 1962 Dynamic 88 and I am hoping to see other 60's (Dynamic 88, Super 88, and Starfire) era cars there to check them out. Maybe some people on this forum will read this post and decide to go with their cars. Anyway, thanks again.

I wish you luck. I looked through my entire set of photos from that show (I took about 170), and I hate to say it, but there was not a single 1960 or later model year full size Olds in attendance. Period. Nothing from the '60s, '70s, 80's, or '90s. No post-'59 Deltas, Dynamics, Delmonts, Supers, 98s, or Starfires. Lots of mid-60s to early '70s A-bodies, which is typical, a couple of raised-roof Vista Cruisers, a '59 98, several other early and mid-50s cars, and, to round it out, there was a '73 Omega, and I think it was the only post-1972 Oldsmobile there.

So.Cal. Olds. Club needs to incorporate their show with another event, possibly the Long Beach Swap Meet. Went to the Olds Club event 20 years ago, took my 70 W-30. Walked one lap around and left. It was stagnant to say the least. Never attended another one. I'm not trying to insult the organizers, I'm sure it takes a lot of effort to organize an event. Love Oldsmobiles, I have several, just expected a little more excitement.

The Southern California Oldsmobile car meet/show will be held on Saturday, October 12th at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim. I am hoping that maybe some of you guys that live close by will come out and bring your cars. As stated before, ! am hoping to see some other 1960 era Starfires, Dynamic 88's, or Dynamic 98's in the area. The event is being held at a park so I doubt that they'll turn anyone away if you bring an Oldsmobile.

Anyway, I thought I would reach out on the sire to see if anyone had nothing better to do that weekend.

So, My dad and i attended the Southern California Oldsmobile car meet/show onSaturday, October 12th at Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim. There was about 30-40 cars in attendance and the get together was very well organized by the current board members. We had a great time and were treated to a very nice BBQ as well. Im happy to say that my father won 1st place in his class. He states that he was just happy to see other Oldsmobiles; two other 1962 cars. Here are some pictures of the show, but I failed to take pictures of the other row of cars across the way.

two other 1962's like his. Good time all around.
