I'm always amazed when people fall for crap like this. "From $132 means "$132 AND UP". Just like the ads that say "up to 70% off". That statement means discounts range from 0% to 70%. Want to guess where your discount falls?

Much like Fuel Saving gadgets. Save "up to" 25% !!!
Technically "negative savings" or worse economy also falls within the described range. The wording only guarantees you will not DO BETTER THAN such-n-such a level. And if your savings DO exceed that advertised, who would complain?!?!
The phrase "up to" should be disallowed in advertising, requiring instead "at least."
Put a stop to that small bit of misleading BS.
