Greg. All the poop slinging was deleted. Thank God. Back to Oldsmobile love. So many nice cars.

This looks like one of the greatest amounts of 57 Oldsmobiles in one place that I can remember. Man I Love Fiesta's. Any year.

How did this thread turn into a bitch slapping argument? Come on guys..... OK back to the Nats. I think the OCA did a great job, wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Don W,
THANK YOU you for showing up with your Oldsmobile wares and sitting it out in all that heat in the swap area. Much appreciated.

I tell ya, the '57 Fiesta wagons looked like they are capable of pulling a house down. What a workhorse, and a beautiful workhorse too. My neighbors owned one when I was a kid, and the lady of the house did drive it like a rocket!

When I was a kid we delivered 2500 newspaper's every day. There was an apartment complex next door. Someone had a gold/copper colored Fiesta that sat under a carport. I was way too young to chase it but I will never forget it.

It was hot, but it is time to sell stuff. I have been hoarding for 30 years. Time to let it go.

That puts you hoarding Olds parts since you were what, ten?!😺

Trying to remember when I first met you. Think it was one of the Zone Shows we did in NC in early 90s.

Good lord that was a long time ago. Back when ASE Zone was bumping!

Not quite 10 but maybe 16. Thought you might have made one of the Mboro shows.

Thanks for posting the photos! My blue 79 is in the background in photo #6. It took a 1st place in the Modified Class. It also did really well at the Nashville Speedway last Thursday. For a slow car with 105hp I was really happy with how it made up for that in the turns. New tires and front, rear sway bars helped I'm sure.

This car had a built 455 with a six speed transmission, 4 wheel disc, etc.

An 18,000 (I think) mile original paint car.

A couple shots from NASCAR Nashville Superspeedway, one of the highlights of the meet! Those 100 plus car drivers that particpated are still grinning ear to ear . Each group was paced by a 70 Cutlass Pace Car - awesome time!

Special order Nugget Gold code 53. It was Toronado exclusive in 1969 and then became one of the full-line special order colors in 1970. Rumour is Chevrolet pulled enough strings to get it on the 69 Camaro special paint list mid-year.

Looks to be special order Nugget Gold, but really difficult to discern on a computer screen.

Cool information. I had no idea. I owned a one owner 69 Toro that was gold. No top. Much lighter color. That 70 is absolutely bad ***.

What a cool *** one of one car. Original owner still too? That is deep Oldsmobile love right there.

PS: For those that have never had the chance to power brake a front drive 455... Like nothing else.
