It's good practice to identify the year/make/model/engine of a particular part you are looking for.
In any case the gasket you are probably looking for is available on Rockauto or just about any auto parts store.
Here's the link for the "Oil Filter Gasket" for a 1970 Oldsmobile 455

I had to make one when I took mine off my TA. Used an exacto knike to cut one out of a sheet of material. I bought a set of punches at a swap, it’s an easy gasket to make if you can’t find it. Inline tube may have one, Those guys are Olds too.

I just replaced the same on my '70 - Autozone had them in stock. your part number should be FelPro 9948 for a '77 350.

FelPro P/N 9948 fits every 1964-1990 Olds V8 and is available everywhere. RockAuto has them for $1.37. Why would you waste the time to make one?
By the way, if you type oldsmobile oil filter housing gasket into Google, millions of sources come up...
