Today was set up day for the Pate Swap Meet. I ran across this 371 intake for a 6-71 blower. Anyone looking to build an Albertson Olds replica??

Weiand Drag Star multi-carb setup run on one of the "original" Rocket Olds motors by a local drag racing team - Buck, Bohls and Miller.

Have 4 of the chromed carbs + partial of the next two.

Funny, I was at a friend's house that had this setup and we were digging through his old drag racing and hot rod magazines and I found a one page Pennzoil ad that was about this team using Pennzoil in their Olds-powered drag car or hot rod. Should have grabbed the ad but didn't.

WOW, that Sharp stuff wins the thread!!!

I have seen but can't find a picture of some Hildebrandt valve covers for a 330-455.

I don't think those are too hard to find, I have one on the 350 in my '64. Looks like yours has been opened up for a big carb. FYI an HEI does not fit.

Yeah the 4150 carb flange is easy to find. An original intake cast for a 4500 is not at all common. Mine isn't opened up it came ONLY for a dominator carb.

Pay attention! Yes they sell a 4150 carb version. They ARE common. The intake i have was cast ONLY for a 4500 dominator and has never been modified. Doesn't even have bolt holes for small squarebore carb.

Right you are, didn't notice the single set of holes. Same casting obviously. Pretty cool though!
