Im looking into buying a OAI hood can anyone help me with finding out where would be a good place to purchase one for a 72 olds cutlass.

All depends how much you want to spend.

The best reproduction on the market comes from Thortons in Pa. Somewhere around $2500.

There are some cheaper options available,I'm sure others will chime in.Allan R has done alot of homework on this subject.

I have a real one on a '72 and a Fiberglass Concepts on another'72. As far as appearance, fit and finish, the Fiberglass Concepts is IMO worth the money. Thornton's is probably BETTER than GM in many aspects, but not everybody has the dough or the car to warrant that one. My vote is Fiberglass Concepts for anything other than a true trailer queen.
