New Olds in the family
Just got this a few days ago, '71 442 shell. doors & trunk lid are junk, floor pans & trunk pans look pretty nice. Will need a little work though. It had factory bench, ac, disc brakes(still does), single track, sport mirrors, electric rear defog, sienna paint, sandalwood interior, vinyl top, not sure which radio, but has rear speaker option.
Rear end is only thing left. I have enough parts(fenders, hood, bumpers etc..) to put it together, a running 455 can be had cheap as can a trans. I was thinking I could just put it together as is & drive it rain or shine, but probably not snow. I could do burn outs at will & not care where I parked it, & not be too woried about driving it. I have a clean title for it too. A daily driver 442 on the "cheap" Of course I'm to busy & easily distracte to do any of this I'm sure.
What would you do?
See pages 2 & 3 in the link or post them here since I don't seem to know how.
