Can anyone tell me what a Muncie 4-speed m-21 (cast #3925661) is worth? Looks like it has new synchros. No stripped threads.

It would help to know more about you trans. There numbers punched --- not cast that will determine year and kinda the application. You'd get more money from someone that might be looking for a specific year, rather than a buyer looking for a spare or a conversion. Look for the numbers---it will start with "P" if it is a Muncie. Or pic and post those numbers here and we'll help or might buy.

 

cast #3925661 = 1970 - 1974

stamped # P8H26B
P = Muncie
8 = (year) 1968
H = (month) August
26 = (day) 26th
B = M21

There should be a partial VIN# stamped on the case & it would clear up the '69 vs. '70 discrepancy above.
