Mondello Performance is closed

Bernard Mondello announced on Facebook that his dads old business is closed down/out of business.

This is what happens when you sell your business to a shyster, too bad so many people got taken by Lyn before this happened.

Be aware though, that Lyns right hand man, Junior Castro, is still out there operating as Olds Rocket Parts, with the same poor customer service.

Joe wasn’t a saint either …he burned a lot of customers too.
he taught Lynn everything.

Joe and Dick Miller were two of the worst to ever grace the Olds community with their presence.

I hope Bernard takes advantage of the situation and regains some of the value back from the family name.
i hear he’s a good guy.

And I never personally got burned from Dick Miller.
He was very helpful in my formative years of chasing Olds performance.

Lyn & Co. built an engine for me. Wasn’t and isn’t right. Runs o.k., but not quite right. High cost too.

Before I knew about the reputation, I had committed and at the time I was o.k. with the price on the idea that they were focused on Olds. But once I’d run it for a while occasional blue smoke and a slightly rowdy cam told me I’d made a mistake.

Not fatal, but a mistake. His version of the business will not be missed by me.
