McMaster Carr not selling to domestic buyers anymore? ... bummer

thought i'd pass this along. MMC has been a good resource for me in the past for special hardware & such. i placed an order on friday for some locking shaft collars & woke up to a VM from MMC that as of today they are only selling to international buyers. hopefully that's not going to be the online trend. BUMMER

Wow, I just cant buy this! I can usually get parts from them the same day if I call first thing in the morning. I get a lot of stuff from them for work. I really hope this is not true. They have a ton of great products. Keep us posted on what you hear.

I got an email confirming my MMC order went through. I'm still not sure why the MMC employee would leave me a vm like that then cancel my order. Customer Service said they know who canceled the order & have spoken to him about it.i guess its possible he could of been misinformed. Either way my order is on the way.
