I finally got a day off, Big Army has been workin me to the bone but I got a day off and figured today was a good time to do a little work on the project. Pulled the tranny out and cleaned a couple of parts I'm waiting for my son to get out of school and we are going to take off the front fenders and the rest of the front end. I got some pics of the body that has rust for you guys to give me some tips, I've posted about the roof before and got some good advice from Joe and the rest of you guys. I appreciate this site, this is the first time I've ever tried to do anything like this and the info Ive gotten here gives me good confidence that one day this car will be done.

The engine is at the machine shop and I got a new cam from Mondello since I live in Paso Robles a JM-18-20 made by Engle, I got some new flat tops from them too forged aluminum made by Icon .030 over.

 

Wow. I remember back when I had my car like that. Nothing has gone well since!! haha.

I have some lower fender patch panels that it looks like you need if you're interested.

 

I sure could use them I'm gonna start the body after Christmas. My budget has all gone to the engine but it will be done before the holidays. Send me a PM and I'm sure we can work something out. Thanks for the help.
