wow, very cool, that is one wild ride - not sure I'd buy it but I'd certainly take it - wonder how fast it really is.

It is probably not as fast as it appears since it is a custom for show. Probably has bags on all four corners and a real soft suspension. I never cared for those MB headlights, seen them on a '49 mercury once too. Mild customs are nice but that is too over the top for me. Nice color though. Is that even an Oldsmobile engine?

Looks like some very fine work BUT it's a waste of a classic car. My two cents.

Engine most likely a chevy.... Still a nice car. Looks like it drove off the set of the Dick Tracy movie.

I also think it is a waste of a classic, but that's my opinion.

x2

Is that top for that car?
I've seen roof overhangs on houses that were smaller.

It would be a real bummer if that engine were a Chevy block.

did you notice the humps on top of the rear fenders. Nothing about this car makes any since. Built by a glue sniffer in the dark

I kind of like it.
Convertible top could be a better color, and the ground clearance could be a little higher, but It doesn't bug me at all.

I think he went a bit too far, but hey it his ride...not mine. Still would not mind having a milder version of it.

Is it safe to assume the car has a Nova or Camaro front clip and a Chevy motor?

I know Oldsmobile blowers are available. But you are probably correct Joe. It seems most people always turn to a Chevy engine for their street rod.

I would love to have a 78 Delta 88 coupe with a supercharged 455. I think the late 70s B body would be perfect for a Roots style blower.

Would not trade my 75 Olds Cutlass even for it. I hate to see the Old ones go down in such a way. Soon there will be none except the ones good people save. Andy
