I remember seeing six- and eight-door airport limousines like that when I was a kid. They were sort of forerunners of today's shuttle vans. They were usually stretched out station wagons. No real reason you couldn't do it with a sedan, although it would have less room for luggage.

True, but most of those I've seen were Cadillacs or Lincolns.

Same here. Plus, I've only seen a few old school funeral home / airport limos. Very cool though.

I guess this is for if you love sedans, but you needed a station wagon. What a perfect compromise.
