Spray it down w/ WD-40 and it should be good-to-go.

You might try cleaning all the rust off the fuse clips and spray them with some anti-corrosive. Replace the copper with real fuses.

I worked at a Chrysler dealership in 1988, a guy brought in a 10 year old car with a intermittent fuse blowing problem. I couldn't find it so he said just jumper the fuse then replace whatever burnt wire. We said no we wouldn't do that. A couple days later the car came back on a hook. He had jumped the fuse and burnt up his wiring harness.!
