this is a motivational thread for all and for people who are finished already. I have been at all levels with my car just like anybody else but completed it with work and sweat and blisters. 1,access what exactly needs to be done body mechanical etc and plan. 2. sales and swap meets are your friend. 3. organize your time energy etc. I go thru this every spring summer etc and the body and mehanicals stay fresh or more or less upkeep plus I keep up my detailed engine and compartment and as much as possible multi task everything around you house etc and daily driver time and energy are crucial points. good luck to everyone you should enjoy the ride across the line also but be diligent.

I have one that was frame on (cuz it didnt need to be body off) restored in 1990. It looks like it was done yesterday due to my retentiveness. Its never done just like a house. That carb that was restored in 1995 is ready again. Those little bits and pieces that weren't reproduced back then are now available so those items are purchased and installed. Ambition, time, money is all that's needed. Wish I could purchase time.

 

guys I hear you some parts are still being re produced and of course we use them for a better finished ride, I have done the same ,planning and fore sight of course with re search. I use visualization for ambition and the memories and future good times for heart. the thrills experiences and good times keep us moving and Raw power. Time can be used wisely with discipline and perception. Enjoy the ride and plan for whats needed to ride this year. so who else has something going on?
