Its been 6 months without rain. Yes we need it but not our raining season yet. My truck got a wash today.

And the rain is coming our way tomorrow, which will be a welcome relief from all the dust caused by the local farmers doing the "plow and disc" on their fields!

That system is supposed to hit us on Saturday and bring more rain. We just got several inches off the remnants of Rosa.

 

I hate to gloat, but I will anyway. After one of the wettest summers on record, it's finally sunny here in Maryland. This past weekend it was bright and in the mid 70s. Perfect for dropping the top and going on a nice long cruise. Before we went out, my wife asked "Where are we going?". I responded with "Lets follow this road 'til it ends and go from there." Two and half hours later, we were down at the lighthouse in Point Lookout Maryland wondering on the beach, picking up seashells.

A great day all around since I think that I've only been able to take the Cutlass out a dozen times all summer.
