Interior door panels

Looking to get a complete set of white door panels for a 72 Cutlass s
Ive been to a few of the regulars like PUI, OPGI, (there graphic of one panel looked like crap could only imagine what the actual panel might look like) Legendary Interiors website is painful. Yearone same thing anyway anyone have a place in mind or where they got a good product. I don’t want to go through the painful return process if I don’t have too. I want period white panels with proper wood grain with black carpet at the bottom of front panels. Ty

I bought a set from Legendary a couple of months ago for my 72 Cutlass S with blue interior. The quality, in my opinion, is as good an original. They list (202G) pearl white and (01) black for the 72 S model but I would recommend you order a catalogue and order samples of the vinyl grains in white and samples of the black carpet for the bottom. When you are satisfied with the colors call your order in on the phone. Worked well for me hope it does for you. Good luck

Re: door panels

That sounds like a plan although sounds time consuming. Didn’t realize they had different grains for 72. That’s pretty funny the blue is what I’m taking out. Soon to become available.
Thx for the input.

Bought a set form Legendary , couple months ago, when they had good sale. Took about 2 months to get them, when I got them I see why the price was so great, they were unassembled, no top frame. They may have said that but maybe I missed it? My son bought some for his Chevelle, couple years ago, pearl white, and they are nice. Just make sure if you want them assembled, that is what you ordered. Their quality is great.

I purchased a full interior kit from legendary mid October but instead of point and click I called and spoke to a real person! Very knowledgeable... I told him what the plan was and he filled in the order. It is all made to order so expect to wait. I called today and still waiting for 2 pieces to be made. It’ll ship on the 12th but from what the upholstery shop says,, they make the best so we’ll woth the wait. Good luck!

I ordered a completely assembled front and rear set from OPGI about a month ago for '71 supreme. I went with PUI instead of Legendary. The look was spot on. The only issue that I had was that there were do perforations in the backing board for where all of the screws, tabs, etc... would poke through, just some lightly scribed lines. I called OPGI and they checked their other sets, and it seems that I just got a set that the cutting for the perforations didn't go right. The others that they had in stock were good.

Long story short, it took 2 more weeks for the exchange, but the new set are correct and look perfect.
