I think that it's cool of whoever took the picture in appreciation of seeing an old car in great shape on the road. Amazing that you were able to see the post. Oldsmobile on!!
I am 100% jealous. Being here in the Northeast my ride won't be on any roads for another couple of months. Wish I could get out there like you did! Our roads are white with salt. More foul weather on the way Friday.
Kinda cool to see what your own car looks like tooling down the road. I remember as a teenager in N.Illinois there was an old empty strip mall shopping center and one of the stores had HUGE windows. I'd drive around at sunset with just my parking lights on and admire the reflection of my '69 442. In the low light you couldn't see the rust, dents or faded paint. Fun times. Your '72 looks damn good!
Dave - Cool. Last fall I was looking at some things on Google Maps regarding a parcel of property I wanted to know about - it wasn't far from my home. As I was performing some street view navigation locating the parcel, I was surprised to find myself on Google Maps - what are the chances?

Going viral honestly is not in someone's vocabulary that was born in the sixties. Oh sorry... GVHINISVTWBITS...
HA HA I kill me...😂🤣 We just got a shot of penicillin.
Good for both of you guys. Oldsmobile love is always good.
