Those were a souvenir of 1988 OCA National Meet in Parsippany NJ. I've had mine hanging on the den wall for many years.
At the time there was only one frame shop in town and it was aptly named- High's Custom Framing. Cost me $170 to frame it in 1988 for a simple backing board, non-glare glass and metal frame job. Hobby Lobby came to town and put the guy out of business in less than two years.

Thanks! The racing professional I remember the most doing automotive commercials when I was a boy was Richard Petty when he started doing commercials for STP in 1972. Did you know that Richard's Dad, Lee Petty, drove an Oldsmobile to a Daytona 500 win, I think it was in 1963???
