Not entirely. I don't know the specifics, but I think you'll have rear seat problems and sail panel problems.

 

The rear seat and rear side panels (upper and lower) will not fit. Front seat(s) will fit, carpet will fit. Kick panels should fit. Not positive about the door panels. They should fit, but might not be correct looking.

 

Sunvisors are different, A pillar moldings are different, kick panels are the same, assuming both cars are either AC or non AC, front door panels are the same, front seat(s) are the same, carpet is the same, rear seat is narrower, rear armrest, side panel & cylinder covers are convertible specific.
