So today I went to the last car show I'll be participating in for the season, and even though I don't go just for the awards, I was blown away when my name was called for this!

Out of all the other GMs there that I feel were better than mine, I was honored (and humbled) to take this home..

 

 

You have mad love for your car. That is obvious to everyone here. Good for you. You and your car deserve it.

 

My wife said basically the same thing, but again, totally unexpected.

 

Congratulation! It's nice to see any Oldsmobile that gets the hardware!

Congratulations! Reminds of the first time I took my '56 to a show after I got it finished.. My buddy and I drove out to Kimball's in Lancaster, Ma. in 2017 for the Eastern Mass GMO Show. To my surprise, I won a plaque! I actually felt guilty so I ran down to the Swag booth and bought two GMO t- shirts!. That night I joined the Club!

 

Not sure when it happened. All I know is I noticed it yesterday as I was packing up and getting ready to leave from the show.
