So, the kids and I always enjoy watching The Christmas Story on Christmas morning. In the movie, Ralphie helps his old man change a flat tire. His old man tells him to hold the hubcap upside down for the lug nuts. If you listen to the audio, the old man comments and puts 4 lugnuts into the hubcap before Ralphie drops them and curses. So, was a 37 66 4 lug nuts or 5? Inquiring minds need to know.
Sure about that? Data I've reviewed demonstrates the 1937 Six had a tire size of 6.50 x 16 w/ a 5 x 5 bolt pattern. Oldsmobile 1930 General Specs
I think most 1937 GM cars (Buick Roadmaster, Buick Special, Oldsmobile Six & Eight) had a 5x5 bolt pattern?
[QUOTE=joe_padavano;1471425]Counting the number of lug nuts that clink into the hubcap is like counting the number of hubcaps that come off the Charger in Bullet.

you must have already watched it Norm... many times I am guessing. How many?
