The Curious Yellow 1971 Plymouth Road Runner in the Fox remake of Vanishing Point. It is my dream car, along with a black 1973 Hurst/Olds and a Rallye 350.

 

Watch ADAM 12 and in every episode there is an olds. Rockford Files Firebird...that car is still sporty today. The movie OMEGA MAN with Charleton Heston. He steals an Olds from the show room.

 

Ding! Ding! A 70 Vista Cruiser, I believe.

 

Maybe not the hottest, but from the Canadian TV series Corner gas. This was the main character's car and his parents drove an '82 Omega.

Season 4, Eps 2 "Million Dollar Buff" has a brown 1970 Olds Toronado (non GT model). Eps. 22 " Who Won?", also from Season 4, is a EXCELLENT for car/ drag racing buffs (Dick Clark is in that show).
Somewhere in Season 5, a bad guy steals a brand new red AMC Jalvin inside a California AMC store.
Season 5-7 Reed and Malloy drive AMC police cars. Heck Pete Malloy, trade in his 68 Mustang for a brand new Matdor!
