Help with my fender tag

Hi,

I just got a 73 Oldsmobile Omega and trying to figure out what some of the fender tag items are. On the second row, it has 912 and then A5 followed by 44 and 44. Pretty sure the 44 are upper and lower paint color. Would really like to know if either of these numbers tells me the carpet color. It was already gone when i got the car.

I'm a newbie and wasn't sure where else to post this question. Thanks for the help.

Just a wild guess but 912 for both 71-72 A bodies comes back as a green bench vinyl don't know if they followed suit in 73 also knowing that is an X body. You may want to check with the Omega people here or go to a bowtie Nova forum?

Code 44/44 was crystal Green. http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcod...mobile&rows=50

cliking the C will give you the paint swatches and other names it's known by
http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/chipdisp...del=Oldsmobile

The code 912 will give you a better idea of the color your carpet may have been. Sorry I don't have the 1973 info you're looking for, but I would suspect it would be one of these colors: Green, black, white or possibly tan
