Hello
Hello
Hello to all! My name is Brenda and I own a 1974 H/O...one of the Delta 88's that were used at the track as Festival cars. I am thinking about buying a 1983 H/O as well...just love those Oldsmobiles. I am a member of the H/OCA and several other internet groups as well.
OK mods, remember she cannot post pics on the site just yet!

Welcome to the site, Brenda; you have come to the best Olds site around.
Any plans for restoration on these, or will they be left as is? Any issues with the '74 yet?
Yes, we all love the Old's as well!

I have three cats, Puff, Dusty and Tiger and it does seem like I work for them! The '74 has been in the family since 1979 and I am currently restoring it...it's coming together nicely! The '83 H/O has been a real treat for me...after I get the Delta Flyer back together I will not know which one to take to the shows. I just love going to car shows...next Saturday here in PHX there is an all Oldsmobile show and then in March is the BOP (Buick, Olds Pontiac) That is my favorite show of the year...they should let Cadillacs in that show as well but that's a different post!
Nice car , I love the stripe job and I would say that it is almost complete. Good luck with the new car , you will have to keep a photo record of it's resto cause we all like pics here. I am trying to restore a 69-98 convertible by myself and it is going slow but there is still 3 feet of snow on the ground so I have some time. http://www.flikr.com/photos/wolfman98/ I got lots of pieces left to finish then put everything back together. I envy the weather you guys have there , great for older cars.
