Head Liner pattern options from 1980 to 1984 ?

Head Liner pattern options from 1980 to 1984 ?
I am needing a new headliner in my 4 door 1982 Delta 88 . I would prefer a pattern that is interesting or fun . But some day might apply for collector plates . For the car to qualify for collector plates the pattern has to have been a factory option plus or minus 2 years . So what are my options other than same old boring solid color ? So was there a headliner pattern from about 1980 to about 1984 ? In my car i call the interior color Burgundy , but i think it is called Maple .

As far as the color, I believe 81 & 82 was the maple. 80 used a dark cherry, and the 85 was close to the 80 in color. I know the interior color for red (burgundy) changed in 83-84. The pattern of the headlining material was the same in all of the 88s that I owned from 79-85.

83-84 it was called Dark Maple. 85-88 it was Dark Claret, almost an oxblood color.
GM didn't get fancy with headliner patterns in the 80s. It was thin foam with a solid color cloth cover glued to a backing board with no designs at all. That's your only "pattern" whether it's 2 years up or 2 years down from yours.

i have an email from the collector plate person . I am allowed any colour that was available from 1980 to 1984 .
So new question . if i was to go with a headliner colour that was a little different . What colours were available for these cars from 1980 to 1984 that would look nice as a headliner with a Maple / burgundy interior ?
