Hang your tools with Neodymium Magnets

Just a little garage tip I wish I'd known about years ago. Saving a lot of bench workspace this way.

Online or at your local art store you can buy these neodymium magnets.

Hang your tools with these super magnets, but they will happily pinch your fingers.

They work well when stuck to electrical conduit to hang tools that arent too heavy - screwdrivers, nut drivers and most smaller wrenches (up to say 9/16" open end).

Saving workbench space with magnets.

A neat side benefit when working with small screwdrivers is that this storage method magnetizes them making it much easier to drive tiny screws where the belong.

Cheers
Chris

It also make your tools pick up any metal shavings and grinder dust they happen to lay in. I have a magnetic screw driver with multiple bits for that purpose. The rest of my tools i prefer to not be magnetized.

It's a great idea. it makes me want to hang a piece of sheet metal in place of my peg board. Very cool
