This Halo Girdle is Good for a Laugh
This ad is very humorous. You must read the text-

If anybody is serious about a Halo main support you should contact Jim at J&S Machine. Don't settle for any cheap knock off-

Jim's Halo can be converted into a full girdle, but there's other options for a full girdle as well.

Read the ad sir
The text directs reader to the real unit at J&S
The "studs" are Playing Dough, about as strong as the "steel" that came with the POS that started this, from seller "hotrodbiker"
Glad you appreciate my ad
It is pictured on my 4A block [SMW type, -ish] 403 engine.
Be sure to ask a question so I can provide a silly answer.
FeePay nagged about revising it 'cause it had not SOLD any in 16 months, then when I revised it, they KILLED THE AD over some imaginary slight of their myriad of rules.

Question has been asked
I'm building a blown, stroked, Olds on nitrous with Wise performance unobtanium heads, for my wife's station wagon with 16.5:1 compression. I have got a noisy gear drive, and am running restrictors. I have a .920" lift roller cam with 1.75:1 roller rockers. I have the huge 3 1/2 quart extra capacity oil pan and a 120 PSI high volume/ output oil pump, Do you currently offer any provisions to convert this "Halo" to a full blown girdle to hold my beasty motor together?

Keeps getting better

I got my response-
You should never run restrictors with Unobtainium heads. What if the compressor ration exceeds the rod velocity? Kaboom, that's what. With that kind of cam, you should consider the Kaleco O-pipe exhaust; better than H pipe or X pipe. As for using this girdle on your engine, it's way overkill already, in fact what you should do is cut it down to just a strap across each main cap. Use the cutout pieces for a crank raper to disallow excess oil clingage. Your engine sounds pretty beastiforous, but this product is designed for the Open Main Webs 403, the penultimate Olds combo right behind the Solid Interwebs 403 of fable and lore. What with the variable hardness of the Playing Dough stubs included, all risk of main bolt failure is eliminated. If you want harder stubs, just slide them into your wife's heat treatment instrument [the kitchen stove], and they will get harder and harder. Pop 'em out of the hot cavern just before they crack, for best results. That's why you have to guess at the torque for your nuts, because we are guessing at the hardness of your studs.
