Hagerty Ins. FYI

Went for a Sunday drive and picked up a rock chip on the highway right in the drivers view. Wife asked if we had glass coverage so I looked at the Hagerty policy and did not find anything stating glass coverage.

Called on Monday and sure enough glass is covered and there was NO Deductable.

She is always right!!!!!!!!

Nice!
Are they replacing the glass or doing a repair of the chip?

They are replacing it due to the location of the chip and it has ran about 3/4"

Yeah, i need to have my windshield replaced as well due to a chip that turned into a long crack.... I know its covered, but I'm just nervious about what i may find UNDER the windshield when its pulled. Has kept me from making the claim.

That is good to know. It is good when an insurance company treats you right. It seems to happen very rarely these days.
