I got sucked up into doing the Test & Tune days at the local track with my last classic... had it running a pretty consistant high 12 second 1/4 mile- and that was driving to and from the track in it.

Anyway, I think i'd be lucky to get the new 66 into the 14's low 15's more likely, especially since i've never raced with a stick shift before, but it should be fun anyway, plus i'll get baseline timeslips to show for future improvements.

Racing a slow stick shift car is more fun that racing a slow automatic.

 

Racing a 4 on the floor should be loads of fun . I hope you have a good time.
