getting a diesel-powered cutlass coupe, will part before scrapping

asking for a friend...

a buddy of mine is getting a diesel 84 or 85 cutlass, he'll strip parts if there is interest. pickup in the southeastern wisconsin area-no shipping of large parts. at this time. the exact condition is unknown, but other cars from the same source have been really nice with plenty of nice parts.

lmk needs/offer

Before they can tell you if they need parts, people are going to want to know if this is a Cutlass Ciera or a Cutlass Salon/Supreme. For both model years, they were two completely different body styles, but both could have been had with a diesel.

Folks will also want to know if it is the 260 V6 or the 350 V8. Plus, these cars could have a 350 Olds diesel or a 350 GM Goodwrench engine.

The Ciera was A-body, and it was front-wheel drive, so the car in question has to be a Supreme, or the first of the two photos above.

The diesel G body cars had HEAVY DUTY FRONT SUSP TO INCLUDE THE SWAY BAR.

Be sure to get all related parts, as mounting brackets and BOLTS.
