Gear ratio
Assuming it was a US car and had the O-Type 12 bolt rear:
O-Type 12 bolt ratios are listed below. Obviously not all of these were offered with a 350-2bbl engine. In my experience, 2.56 was the most common ratio on the rears that I have seen.
2.56
2.78
3.08
3.23
3.42
3.91
(dealer installed)
4.33
4.66
5.00

For what it's worth, the standard rear end in a 1970 Cutlass with 350 2 bbl and AT was 2.56. (All the others were available as options.) I would assume it was the same in 1969, though maybe with the 2-speed automatic they made 2.78 standard. You could look it up at WildAboutCars.
All of which is irrelevant. The only way to know what gears you've got is to test or inspect it yourself. Things get changed over the years.
