Looking into remaking the plastic ball/ receiver used in the 67-70 remote mirrors. It holds the 3 cables against the escutcheon in the door. I’ve found most of these, even nos are extremely brittle due to 50+ year old nylon. I’ve found a source to 3D print new ones. Cost would be between $12-15 each. Any interest?

 

I have two 67s I will probably not use, so I'd get a ball for each to go with them at sale.
