Full moon shields would sort of stop all the light from getting out?

J.C. Whitless is the go-to place for that type stuff, just search headlight shields.
This reminds me that I need a set of curb feelers.

I presume you are talkig about what I call cat eyes? I have them on my 62 Olds. They are stainless steel, and IMHO look sharp. I can't remember the online supplier, but a google search for "cat eyes" will turn up a bunch of vendors.

Back in the '50's we called them "Sleepys". Had them on my '40 Ford two door sedan, and on my '50 88 2 door sedan, my '55 Stude, etc. etc. etc. I would imagine J. C. Whitney or Pep Boys would be the best bet to find them.
