Found Rare 66 Delta Vert 4spd!

Came across this on FB, no mention of it having once been a stick. All the years that I had my 66 Delta 4spd car I kept my eye out for another so equipped and I only heard of a 4dr Delta and another Delta that was totaled. So this one has the 2L on trim tag and the original shorter brake pedal. The engine is now a 455 and auto trans, and the steering column has been changed. It even looks like the throttle linkage has been changed for the auto trans. I asked if the 4speed linkages, clutch pedal, trans was available and he replied no. Ah well it was fun to see...

Very cool!

Since you noticed the 2L on the trim tag and shorter brake pedal at least you gave the seller more info about his car. Now to track down the 4 speed linkage, clutch pedal and transmission.

3 on the tree was standard, very few were made. The 4spd stick was only available on the B bodies in 64 to 66, with 64 only in the jetstar 330, 65 and 66 behind the 425 but not available in the 98.
