Through my wanderings on this forum I have seen a couple of really great people listing engines they have that might belong to another car. Has it been considered to add a sticky thread so that people can start posting blocks that are not original in their cars or blocks that maybe sitting around?

I know the chances are slim, but if we can help just 1 member on this site it would be worth it.

I'm all for it. To bad Bill wasn't able to find the owner of the 69 H/O trans he had.

 

Most often the orphan engines were removed from donor/wrecked cars that were stripped and scrapped. People can list the vin derivative on later engines in their classified listing. Those numbers were n/a on the earlier engines.

 

Yeah realize not all of them are going to have the VIN derivative on them. If we should post in classifieds that is just as easy.
