Eastwood Aluminum Radiators - Deal of the Day

I have been buying quite a bit of stuff from Eastwood and receive regular offers from them. Got this one today, you may want to check it out if you are in the market for an Aluminum Radiator....

Not a bad price, the fan and shroud setup looks troublesome though.

If the flow rate stayed the same, you might see their deltaT numbers, However, the wide impeller clearance of most automotive water pumps limits how hard such a pump can "push". If the flow rate stayed high, you might get close to their numbers. In my heavy duty engine days (20 yrs), changing from single pass to 3-pass would gain no more than about 10% increased performance .

Just posted it for folks, I don't own any stock...... (but I should by now). A 10% improvement is 20 deg at 200. A pretty good improvement IMO.

I've got nothing to say about the radiator per say, but you might want to check out their clearance items too. About ten pages of them, and the 3M sanding disks and abrasive wheels seemed pretty reasonable, among many other items.

Maybe there is deal or two there, but not everything "clearance" priced. Worth checking out though.

The 10% increased performance is not 10% of the inlet temperature.
