door wont open

door wont open

when i push handle to open the door, theres no tension. i took of the door panel and tried to manually ope it, but the levers moves freely! I've wiggled it, kicked it and used a BFH and nothing seems to work

The latch is stuck,you need to figure out what is not released (broken spring or rusted) and manually move it.
