Detailer, Product alert

Hey,
This may be a beat to death subject as I myself had made a few post concerning wax, however this is about detailer. Over the years I have used many quick detailers with varying degrees of success. Turtle Wax, Mequires, Mothers and probably a few others I forgot . all did the job pretty good.
Recently Advance Auto Parts closed all their stores in Cal. Nev. and Az. they drastically reduced prices on everything. I wandered in to our local Advanced store and found Groits Garage Speed Shine detailer for 2 bucks a bottle . There were 3 left so I bought them all figuring if I don't like it I can give it to the son-in-law or neighbors etc.. Well I have to say this is probably the best Quick detailer I have ever used !! it goes on smoothly, wipes off beautifully and quickly and has a very pleasant smell and most of all streak free !!
So just passing it on as a tested product. I don't know what the MSRP on the stuff is but very good stuff. When I find something that works well I like to share as it seems so much stuff these days doesn't live up to the claims.

Excellent! I'll have to give it a try. 👍

I filled my spray bottle with the last of the generic concentrate I bought on Amazon. I've never been very happy with it though.

While I've never tried the Griot's products which I hear are very good. The best spray detailer I've ever used and still using for over 2 decades is Malco Showroom shine. It was what the car dealerships use to detail cars. I pour into a cheap spray bottle, carry it in the trunk to car shows, goes on and wipes off easy with a microfiber cloth even in full sun.

At Amazon $29

Griots tire treat works beautifully as well and smells amazing.
I’ll definitely pick up some of their detailer now that you’ve recommended it. Thanks

I use Griot's products 100% and have been for many years. Of note is their spray and wash which you can use instead of wet-washing your car, if it is mildly dirty. As in road grime coming home from a car show, etc. I have not wet-washed my 79 Blue Calais in over 10 years, no bull. This stuff is that good. For my new cars on down to my 1994 Cutlass Supreme I use the Griot's Ceramic treatments. Case in point I got a good bunch of compliments of the 94's paint at the Nats last year. For the 79's I use the Griots Best of Show Wax.

I also buy their micro fiber towels and their dry towels.

It's all good, folks, I look nowhere else.
