dash pad removel

does anyone have experience removing the dash pad from a 1971 cutlass placement of nuts that need to be removed and how many

1. Do you have the service manuals and the assembly manual?..........these will show you were all the nuts are and what plugs you will need to unplug and so on. One spot just above the light switch is a push nut that just grips the threads of the stud that is threaded into the dash. you will have to be careful here because you can break off the stud and plastic base. You will be removing the entire dash be prepared to have a lot of patience, this is not easy but do able.

I can't express the importance of #1. The assembly manual for sure.

This will be a good quarantine project Good luck

this will help the pictures will make thing a lot easier as they say a picture is worth a thousand works I know I will be referencing the links often much appreciated
