custom making a aux tranny cooler

custom making a aux tranny cooler

I ordered the original aux lines to the auxilary tranny off line.I was going to enter the line coming from the tranny into the top of the radiator,the bottom of the radiator line into the aux cooler and the other side of the aux cooler to the tranny.do they make a coupling to join the two lines together.If so what side is the actually nut size and tubing size thanks.

Most tranny lines are 5/16 just like some brake line. The make 5/16 tubing nut connectors for joining lengths together. Any auto parts place will have them.

Be aware that if you are using factory style flare nuts, you need a coupler for inverted flare fittings. A normal pipe thread coupler will not seal.
