Cell phone holder

I use my cellphone as a speedometer (waze app) and would like to find a holder that works well. I have seen some on Amazon but figured I'd ask if there are any recommendations.

thanks,
Steve

I use mine for the same reason. I use the following holder, pop it in when I'm on the road, pull it out and throw it in the center console when i'm not. Works good, only downside is it requires a magnet on the back of the phone/case and then due to the magnet it won't charge on my wireless chargers in the house (not a big deal, i just take it out of the case to charge it)

IMO ProClip makes some of the best cell phone holders out there. For an older car you’re going to have to go with a universal mount. They’re pricey but worth it.

The company I work for uses RAM mounts. They work well but they are a bolt on install.

I bought Weatertech holder that goes in the cupholder in the console. I love this thing. Not cheap but a great phone holder. Here is a link.

Because I only rarely use the phone in the Olds, mainly for GPS directions I use an old Garmin sand bag mount with a clip that is appropriate for holding the phone. Stays put, store it in console/glovebox or toss it on floor when not using it.

Windshield suction cup/sticky mount with a long arm. It's magnetic so you put one of their metal slabs inside your phone case.

I have it off to the right, but could easily put it right in front of you and hold the phone horizontal. Super steady, surprisingly enough.
