Carb help

This carb is supposed to be a direct replacement for the one installed in my 72 Cutlass. Howver, the one on my car only has one line connection on the back of the carb. It runs to the manifold and appears to be the one on the right in the picture. Can someone tell me what the other connection on the back is for?
TIA!

The large port at the base plate is the vacuum source for power brakes. The small port at the top is the fresh air feed to the choke stove.

Thanks Joe. My brake booster is tied to a port in the intake manifold. Does that cause any issues?

Nope. Manifold vacuum is manifold vacuum, no matter where you pull it from. Just plug the one on the carb.
