Here is one I spotted near my neighborhood a few years back. Bummer to see it sitting where it is, there was no one around. That is not a park, per-se, behind it, just a groomed landscape and pond area at the intersection going into the neighborhood. It was obviously broken down in some manner. When I drove back by a couple hours later it was gone. Good looking 4-4-2, though!

Both great looking very clean cars. Green looks so good on 442's in my opinion.
I wonder if that 72 was a real deal W car. Rare some B if so.
I like that 68 too. One of my favorite colors on a 68.

Thanks to everyone for posting.

Saw this one today in the Home Depot parking lot. The closeup shows how clean the detail work was when repainting, at least I appreciate it.

I tried to get an interior shot without smashing the camera up to the glass, the metal under the windshield was painted body color but the dash pad was black, nice touch. The seats and center shift were aftermarket but tasteful.

Not a fan of the wheel size and tire size but still nice.

I think it is a tribute 442 didn't check the vin and not a real historian on these things, the OAI hood had a few small cracks near the vent inlets so not sure if that shows an aftermarket item or not. All in all a nice car. The owner is a Marine veteran so HooYa to him!

Also the fitment on the front of the hood was off, maybe a typical problem with aftermarket hoods???

Spotted in a hotel parking lot in Phoenix. I saw around a dozen late Oldsmobiles in 2 weeks around Tucson and Phoenix.

I considered buying one of those just as a beater to drive our dogs around in a few years back. Got a Jeep Cherokee instead which served well, but I always wondered about the path not taken.

If that's the Bravada it was really beat up in a car magazine article I read a few years ago, about the soccer-mom van era. If it is not a Bravada then never mind my raving, I'm an old man...

It is definitely a Bravada.

Good friend of mine sent me this picture. I don't know any details yet. Looks like a nice Nugget Gold 70 W-30 from somewhere around Denver. Hopefully I will get more details.

You really just can't beat Oldsmobile body lines. You just can't.

On the way to the airport in ATL.
This car looked small compared to what was also on the 6 lane highway at the time.

I love seeing cars regularly driven on the road as opposed to museum pieces seen only at car shows.

Sorry not sorry to dig up an old thread. Scrappie did you ever find anymore about this car? I love it.

Earlier in this thread I brought up this 72 ragtop that is absolutely beat to hell. I took my girl by it today. Took a couple more pictures. It couldn't be more trashed. It has one seat. The passenger seat is laying there nothing but the frame. No rear seat. Trashed in every corner. Whoever owns it still has this lock on it still... 🤣😂

So sad to see a car this beat. There isn't one good panel on it. Straight from Baton Rouge. Explains the rust.

Can't wait for my new stalker girlfriend here to comment on actual pictures. Three by two because you like that action. Chump. She will be the first person to see this.

I need to figure out who owns this car. Front bumper is inside the car where the back seat used to be. Man this car is so beat.

I am pretty sure my Grandpa had a 64. I am trying to get pictures. His was blue white painted top. I was too young to remember all the details.

I am much blacker than my skin tone. Brother's love themselves an Oldsmobile. Can't hate on that.

I passed this on my way through Antioch. Not straight up Olds but the T/A looks to be Olds powered.

Yeah! Long roofs rule!

It's not an Oldsmobile but still a good old car from the past.

Wonder who owns this car now??? Ran across this thread and had to post these. Pictures of photos I took in Gulf Shores, AL summer of 1987. Ran into this guy about 20 years old driving his Dad’s 68 Hurst. I believe he said his Dad bought it new but I’m not sure about that. My 72 in the background of one pic. I can take pics of individual photos if anyone wants them.
