I have a 68 350 block with a bit of work to it, bored 30 over, mondello roller rockers... not sure what cam is in it,,, bought it already built, gonna pull it out and apart this winter and looking for a better cam, something to give it more snap when you lay into it...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do you have any idea what the compression ratio is, or what pistons were used in the rebuild? Maybe measure the piston dish to give you a guesstimate of the CR.
Keep in mind that it's relatively easy to overcam a low compression engine and make it actually perform worse than with a smaller cam.

This^^^ compression will determine the cam (and head flow).
