Calling for Wisdom: Dash Pad for 68 69

what is available for dash pad replacement. it seems what i have found is a plastic shell for an overlay of the original. I am in need of an AC pad. your wisdom is appreciated!:confuse d:

Not much wisdom needed. Good used or expensive recover are your only options. 1969 non-A/C cars with the upper level ventilation used the same pad as the A/C cars, just different vents.

I had mine recovered by Just Dashes. It was expensive, but it looks like new. They recovered my A-pillar pads too. They look perfect.

I've heard of people filling the cracks with epoxy, sanding and then painting the dash. Plus, my good friend from high school had a Ford Galaxie with a dash pad that was professionally covered in stiched vinyl. It actually looked pretty good.
