Such a beautiful car. Of course I prefer the Olds Custom Cruiser.

 

Was unaware of general purpose customs. Flower cars,, ambulances, and funeral hearse yes. The Eldorado wagons are real cool 500cid engine!

It doesn't get much cooler than a big block special order wagon... 65 (409/396), 66, 67, 68, 69 Kingswood L36/L72/LS1 427 stick.
Add in the T83 concealed headlights, Caprice only option (68/69)....boing yoing yoing.
68 are my favs.

This one is a L36 M40 AC Caprice Custom Wagon! Cruise Control, super rare fender directional lights. I think it had power windows and locks. Love to see the order sheet and final cost. Probably could have had an L88/L89 Corvette for what this wagon cost.
I have pics of a documented COPO 427 stick wagon somewhere. It was a track tow vehicle special ordered by someone. I think this one was a tow car too.
