Factory manifolds fit with no issues. Kooks is the only brand that I know of that for isside the frame. All the others have one tube that wraps around the frame.

FYI, that curve oil fill tube is 1968 with A/C only. Kind of a rare piece.

thanks for the heads up, i was wondering about that have not see one curved before.
story is it came out of a 69 Vista wagon at 19k and dropped into a 67 442 for 80k more miles. Has the original C heads on it now. Going to put the fresh Ka heads on it after i go thru the block.

Well, the factory never installed 455s in 1969 Vistas, so yeah, it's a "story" alright.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/A-body-Olds...IAAOSwv6Fbukop Thornton shorty headers are also an option. The Ram air and Pypes down pipes may need modified to fit, a G body is quite a bit tighter by the control arms.

I installed a 68 455 in my 85 Cutlass using W/Z manifolds with 70/72 front pipes and adding about 8 inches of additional pipe to connect to stock 85/87 442 mufflers and tailpipes...

I agree, the Thornton shorties are beautiful. Best replacement shortie I've seen.
